Kwikset Ultramax Security Series

Full Lifetime Mechanical & Lifetime Finish Warranty

This product comes with a lifetime mechanical warranty and finish warranty for life to the original residential user of Kwikset Ultra Max Products against defects in material and workmanship as long as the original user occupies the residential premises upon which the product was originally installed.This warranty DOES NOT COVER scratches; abrasions; deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents, or other chemicals; abuse; misuse; or product(s) used in commercial applications. Upon return of a defective product to Kwikset Corporation, Kwikset may repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price. Kwikset is not liable for incidental or consequential damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights that vary from state to state. Schlage Warranty

Lifetime Mechanical Warranty

• Good for all Schlage residential door hardware.
• Protects the original user against defects in material and workmanship in the original installation.
• Warranty does not cover product finish, abused or misused products, or products used in commercial applications.
• Schlage will either replace the product or refund the purchase price in exchange for the product.
• In no event shall Schlage be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product.

Ultima Lifetime Anti-Tarnish Finish Warranty

• Good for all Schlage Maximum Security locks.
• Guarantees the original user in the original installation a lifetime without tarnishing and protection against corrosives like salt, sun, humidity and cleaning products.
• The warranty does not cover scratches or abrasion, abused or misused products or products used in commercial applications.
• Schlage will either replace the product or refund the purchase price in exchange for the product.
• In no event shall Schlage be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the sale or use of the product.

Full 10-Year Durable Finish Warranty

• Good for all Schlage locks except for those covered by the Schlage Ultima Lifetime Anti-Tarnish Finish Warranty.
• Extends a 10-year finish warranty against tarnishing to the original user in the original installation. 
• The warranty does not cover scratches or abrasion, abused or misused products or products used in commercial applications.
• Schlage will either replace the product or refund the purchase price in exchange for the product.

Nostalgic Grandeur Warranty

Lifetime Mechanical & Finish Warranty

Nostalgic Warehouse warrants its Grandeur products to be free from defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty is extended to the original User of Grandeur products as long as the User occupies the residential premises on which the products were originally installed. Not covered under this warranty are: 1) finish failures on products which have been scratched or abraded, 2) products which have been incorrectly installed or mistreated, 3) non-residential applications of products, 4) crystal and porcelain products against breakage or used on the exterior of a house, 5) finish failures on products intended for interior locations which have been used in exterior applications. Once a Grandeur product has been returned to Nostalgic Warehouse, the product will either be repaired or replaced. Liability shall be limited to the maximum dollar amount of the original purchase price. Proof of purchase will be required. Under no circumstances shall Nostalgic Warehouse be held liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use, installation, modification or sale of this product.

Note: Use of chemical cleansers on Grandeur products will void the finish warranty.

Additional Terms and Conditions

THE COMPANY MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY, AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE EXPRESSED WARRANTY PERIOD AS SET FORTH ABOVE.

THE COMPANY'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY HEREUNDER IS LIMITED TO THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE COMPANY BE LIABLE FOR ANY CONSEQUENTIAL, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES OF ANY NATURE ARISING FROM THE SALE OR USE OF THIS PRODUCT, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE.

Baldwin Warranty

LIFETIME LIMITED MECHANICAL WARRANTY

All Baldwin products are warranted to be free from mechanical defects for the lifetime of the product or as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product.  Baldwin will either repair or replace any parts that break or wear out from ordinary use during this time. 

LIFETIME LIMITED FINISH WARRANTY

All Baldwin products with Lifetime Finish^TM from Baldwin are warranted to be free from Mechanical defects and from tarnishing, flaking, pitting and discoloration for the lifetime of the product or as long as the original consumer purchaser owns the product.  Baldwin will either repair or replace any parts that break or wear out from ordinary use during this time.  Note that polished brass finish (030) is not a lifetime finish.
