To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). We ship via UPS. You
will be given the following shipping options at checkout, before
entering your credit card information and completing your order:
UPS Ground, UPS 3 Day Select, UPS Second Day Air, UPS Next Day Air.
(Note that Second Day Air and Next Day Air options may not be available
for all orders. If so, we will contact you immediately to discuss
options.) Your order's in-transit time will depend upon the shipping method
you choose and, for regular UPS Ground shipments, your location.
UPS Ground shipping will take 1-5 business days. UPS 3 Day select
will take three business days. UPS Second Day Air will take two
business days. UPS Next Day will be delivered the next business
day. Note that weekends, holidays and the day of the order are not counted as business
days. Generally, ordered received by 2:00 pm, EST, will ship the same
day, unless lock keying is required.
Your shipping charges will be shown at checkout, prior to entering any credit card information and completing your order. You always have the option of canceling your order if you are not happy with the shipping charges. If free UPS Ground shipping is offered for orders meeting certain requirements, as may be specified elsewhere on this website, you may chose this no cost shipping option.
DoorHardware-OneStop.com accepts the following major credit cards: Visa, Master Card, American Express. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (this is the address where your credit card company sends your statements). Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. Also, please double check that you've entered the correct credit card number and expiration date. We reserve the right to refuse any orders where the credit card billing address is not located within the United States or for cards issued by non-US banks.
Please call us as soon as possible, no later than 45 days after receipt of your order, if you want or need to return any items to us for any reason. We will issue an RGA (Return Goods Authorization). You may be charged a re-stocking fee of 15% of the original purchase price, based upon the individual circumstances. In the event that the wrong product was shipped to you or you received a damaged product, you will not be charged a re-stocking charge and will not be liable for return shipping charges. In the event you cancel an order after it has been shipped, or return items that you don't want (ordered too many, ordered wrong item, don't like style or finish), we will refund the original purchase price to you less shipping charges and any applicable re-stock charges after the products have been received by us in undamaged, sellable condition. (If you need to cancel an order, please call us as soon as possible after the order is placed to stop the order before it ships.) Products must be returned in their original packaging material with all parts, including screws, included. Products that have been installed cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for properly packaging returned products to ensure that they are not damaged during shipping.
Please don't return products to us without first contacting us to discuss the problem and to obtain an RGA and return instructions.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, DoorHardware-OneStop.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for products listed at the incorrect price. We shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, we shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
In most cases, the finish of the product you receive will look the same as that pictured on the screen; however, it could look somewhat different due to the natural differences and limitations of your computer display. Also, the images we use on this website were obtained from the respective product manufacturers, and we rely on them to insure that their images are true-to-life.
Discounts, by way of Coupons, may be offered from time to time on this website or via email. These discounts may be changed or discontinued at any time. Discounts must be taken at time of order by entering the coupon code in the appropriate box. If a coupon code is not entered at the time of purchase by mistake, the discount will be given within 48 hours of time of order if a phone call or email is made requesting that the discount be given. Discounts cannot be given after this time.
